How do you ensure the condition of collectable items during shipping?

We take pride in our 'Collector First' packaging policy. All items are wrapped in premium bubble wrap and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled boxes to ensure they arrive in mint condition.

What is your return policy for trading cards and blind boxes?

Due to the nature of collectables, we cannot accept returns on opened trading card packs, blind boxes, or randomized items. However, factory-sealed products can be returned within 30 days if the seal remains intact.

How long does domestic and international shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-21 business days. All orders include full tracking details sent via email.

Do you offer a guarantee on the authenticity of autographed items?

Yes, all autographed memorabilia and high-value collectables come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from reputable third-party grading and authentication services.
